Saturday 11th April Street Stall, St Helen's Square York

The weather again played a part - the forecast was far worse than the event, causing us to have a late start.

Again a very mixed crowd presented challenges, but never hostile. I learned that knife crime will increase if we let foreigners back. And from several European nationals a genuine wish for us to return.

And as an added bonus for us Yorkies, the European Movement UK Chair, Mike Galsworthy joined our ranks.
