On 6th May 2022, the doors of the International City of Gastronomy and Wine based in Dijon will open to the public on a site about a kilometre from the city centre.
The site will include a Gastronomic Village, food shops, wine cellars, restaurants, a gourmet bookshop, a school of cookery, and a school of wine.
